The Board of Directors of Heerema Fabrication Group hereby announces that Stan Bogiel has been appointed President of HFG Engineering as per 9 September 2008.
Mr. Bogiel brings more than 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry of which 21 years within Aker. During this period he held various leadership positions, at both Corporate and Division levels. His latest position within Aker was Sr. Vice President for Aker Strategic Operations and subsequently member of the Board of Directors.
Specific experience relates to Financial and Project Execution Management functions in supply of EPIC services. He also has experience in modular design to constructability, including both internal and/or third party fabrication. Mr. Bogiel holds a degree in Business Adminsitration.
